SEO, measured in enquiries
A monthly retainer for performance workshops. Page 1 on the agreed terms within 90 days, or the next month is free.
What that looks like in practice
The retainer was built and proven on a Melbourne tuning shop and its parts store. The numbers are published because dated, sourced results are what we sell:
enquiries in six months for the workshop we run search for. 20 a month to 70, website forms only.
GA4, revzone.com.au, Jan to Jun 2026on Google for subaru tuning shop near me, tuning garage near me, 370z tuning and more, with #2 spots behind them.
Google Search Console, 6-week average, AUsearch clicks on the parts store in the month after we redesigned it, still climbing.

- Your jobs, published
Up to four finished jobs a month, each turned into a page: the car, what you found, what you did, how it turned out. Specifics a competitor can't fake are what Google ranks and buyers believe.
- A new platform
One new platform page every quarter, in an order we agree up front. The GR86 this quarter, the Golf R the next: each one another set of searches you can own.
- Defence
Every position you hold gets watched and defended: rankings, AI mentions, internal links, your Google Business Profile and review flow. No doorway pages, nothing a Google update takes back.
- The report
One scorecard a month, a line per platform: where you rank, where AI names you, how many enquiries it drove. You should never have to ask whether SEO is working.
Your part: one finished job a week, sent to a shared folder as two photos and three lines. No material means no new pages that month; the defence and the report carry on either way.
Page 1 on the agreed terms, and named by an AI engine, within 90 days of a platform page going live. If not, you don't pay the next month until it is. Measured in Google Search Console and tested from Melbourne in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, screenshots kept.
One system, two engines
The same published jobs that rank on Google are what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews quote when someone asks who to trust with their car. The retainer covers both, so every page works twice. More on that half on the AI search page.
Questions we get
- How long does SEO take?
We scope each platform page at 90 days. If you're not on page 1 for the agreed terms by then, you don't pay the next month until you are. The compounding takes longer: the Revzone numbers above are six months of publishing, job by job.
- Which workshops do you take on?
Performance and tuning shops, and specialist mechanics whose customers search before they call: dyno tuners, JDM and Euro performance, gearbox and driveline specialists. One per specialty per city, so if your competitor got here first, the answer is no.
- Do I need a new website first?
Not always. If your site can carry the work, the retainer runs on it. If it can't, the build comes first, and we'll tell you which on the strategy call.
- Is there a lock-in?
Three months minimum, then month to month. You own the site and everything published on it.
- What does it cost?
It's scoped per shop: how many platforms you want to own and how contested they are. You'll get a straight monthly number on the call.
See where your shop stands first
Before any pitch, we check what Google and ChatGPT say when someone looks for the cars you tune, and who they name instead. You get the findings on a free twenty-minute call, yours to keep either way.
