The shop

Revzone is a JDM and Euro performance workshop in Melbourne’s east: parts, fitting and dyno tuning under one roof. Good shop, loyal customers, and like most good shops, under-found in search. Buried in a list of five for every search that mattered.

What we built

A hub for every vehicle platform the shop wanted to own (86/BRZ, GR86, WRX, STI, 370Z, Nissan Z, R35 GTR, Civic Type R), each with priced stage packages and its own enquiry form. Then a proof engine on top: every dyno run and customer build published as a page with real numbers. 25 dyno results, 16 build write-ups, 16 brand partner pages, 240+ site updates shipped in six months. Structured data throughout, lead and call tracking wired in.

Top of Google for the cars that matter

Average Google position, Australian searches, six weeks to mid-July 2026: #1 for 370z tuning, subaru tuning shop near me, best subaru tuner near me and tuning garage near me. #2 for gr86 tune, wrx tuning melbourne, subaru tuning melbourne and honda civic ecu tuning.

Across everything, Revzone appeared in Australian Google results 234,000 times in 90 days, up 22% on the year before. Searches for “Revzone” by name are up 30% year on year.

The name AI recommends

We asked the questions a buyer would ask ChatGPT. Live retrieval checks, July 2026: Revzone came up in five out of five. Named first for WRX tuning with credentials quoted, named first for R35 GTR work with the Ringwood address cited, the only Melbourne workshop named for GR86 turbo installs, and called the “primary tuning provider in Melbourne” for Civic Type R Hondata work.

The AI doesn’t invent answers. It quotes whoever published the most specific, credible one: prices, kW figures, package contents, all lifted from pages we built.

It shows up as enquiries

  • Website enquiries went from 20 a month in January to 70 in June 2026, 3.5× in six months, counted stricter at the end. Forms only; phone calls come on top.
  • Organic visits up 44% January to June (35 a day to 52 a day).
  • AI-referred visitors enquire at 7.1% against 3.1% for Google search, 2.3× the rate. Small channel, highest-intent traffic on the site.

Sources: Google Search Console and Google Analytics (revzone.com.au), Australian visitors, data through 15 Jul 2026. AI referral traffic worldwide; conversion rates measured from 1 May 2026 when tracking began. Enquiry counts are website forms only.
